摘要
目的分析经阴道超声检查在子宫内膜息肉(Endometrial Polyps,EMP)诊断中的应用价值。方法方便选取2016年1月—2017年1月因不孕或者子宫异常出血及正常体检等原因在该院进行检查治疗的102例患者作为研究对象。入选者均自愿行经阴道超声检查以及宫腔镜等检查。以观察经阴道超声检查在EMP诊断中的应用价值。结果以临床病理诊断结果作为金标准,经阴道超声检查在EMP诊断中的敏感性、特异性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值、准确度分别为80.00%、90.63%、94.74%、67.44%、83.33%;宫腔镜在EMP诊断中的敏感性、特异性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值、准确度分别为95.71%、93.75%、97.10%、90.91%、95.10%;宫腔镜诊断中敏感性、阴性预测值、准确度等均优于经阴道超声检查诊断,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与宫腔镜诊断方法对比,经阴道超声检查在EMP诊断中方便易行、无损伤、经济,疾病检出率较高,利于对子宫、宫腔内病变进行观察,可作为EMP诊断的优选方法。
Objective To analyze the application value of transvaginal ultrasound in diagnosis of endometrial polyp.Methods 102 cases of patients examined in our hospital due to sterility,abnormal uterine bleeding and normal physical examination from January 2016 to January 2017 were convenient selected and all objects were examined by the transvaginal ultrasonography and hysteroscope to observe the application value of transvaginal ultrasound in diagnosis of endometrial polyp.Results The sensitivity,specificity,positive prediction value,negative predication value and accurate rate of transvaginal ultrasound examination and of hysteroscope in diagnosis of EMP were respectively 80.00%,90.63%,94.74%,67.44%,83.33%and 95.71%,93.75%,97.10%,90.91%,95.10%according o the clinical pathological diagnosis results,and the sensitivity,negative predication value and accurate rate of hysteroscope were better than those of transvaginal ultrasound examination,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The transvaginal ultrasound in diagnosis of endometrial polyp is simple without injuries and costs compared with the hysteroscopic diagnosis method,and the disease test rate is high,which is conducive to the observation on uteruses and intrauterine lesions,and it can used as a preferred method in diagnosis of EMP.
