摘要
目的探讨帕金森合并抑郁患者,采用艾司西酞普兰治疗后的临床效果分析。方法方便收集该院2014年6月—2017年7月诊治的120例抑郁症患者资料,经确诊120例患者均为帕金森合并抑郁患者。观察指标为兴趣、早睡、迟缓、精神情况、四肢协调情况、睡眠质量、用药后的不良反应等7个方面进行评估患者预后情况。将患者平均分为两组,每组患者均为60例。治疗分组名称为A、B两组,首先A组患者采用的是普拉克索治疗帕金森合并抑郁患者,其次B组采用艾司西酞普兰治疗。结果 A、B两组患者共同经不同药物治疗后,病情均有所有好转,但A组(有效40例、显效3例、无效17例、总有效率71.67%)采用盐酸普拉克索片治疗后,患者出现不良反应者明显高于B组(有效51例、显效6例、无效3例、总有效率95.00%),显现药物不良反应的患者较多,因此,临床用药用适当调整给药剂量;B组经艾司西酞普兰治疗后,治疗效果远高于A组,两组对比结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床医学应用艾司西酞普兰治疗帕金森合并抑郁患者,适用性较高,药效显著,无不良反应,临床医学用药安全,值得广泛推广与应用。
Objective To study the clinical effect of escitalopram in treatment of Parkinson and depression.Methods 120 cases of depression patients diagnosed and treated in our hospital from June 2014 to July 2017 were convenient selected and 120 cases were diagnosed with Parkinson and depression,and the prognosis of patients was evaluated from 7 aspects of interest,early to bed,retardation,spirits,and limbs coordination,adverse reactions after medication,and the patients were divided into two groups with 60 cases in each,respectively named as group A and group B,and pramipexole and escitalopram were respectively used for treatment.Results After treatment,the disease conditions of the two groups were improved,but the adverse reactions in the group A were obviously higher than those in the group B,and in the group A(40 cases were effective,3 cases were markedly effective,17 cases were ineffective and total effective rate was 71.67%),and in the group B,(51 cases were effective,6 cases were markedly effective,3 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 95.00%,which showed that the side effect of drugs was higher,therefore,the administration dose should be properly adjusted,the treatment effect in the group B was much higher than that in the group A,and the differences were obvious with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The applicability of escitalopram in treatment of Parkinson and depression is higher with obvious effect,but without side effect,and the clinical medical medication is safety,which is worth wide promotion and application.
