摘要
黑龙江省自然资源丰富,是农业大省,祖国粮仓。但是长期以来该省农业发展水平较低,农民增收困难,这就需要转变农业发展方式,推进"第六产业"的发展。发展"第六产业"目的是增加农民收入,它需要相关法律的支持,其本质是产业的融合,发展"第六产业"可以发挥当地闲置居民的作用。因此,基于"第六产业"的内涵,在分析了该省交通、资源环境、产品、政策几方面优势条件的基础上,提出了发展"第六产业"的几点建议:发展休闲农业、观光农业;拓宽农产品销售渠道;推进农产品品牌建设;培养专业化人才;加大政府的扶持力度。以期对黑龙江省"第六产业"的发展提供一些参考。
Heilongjiang province has rich natural resources.It is a large agricultural province and a granary of the motherland.However,the agricultural development level is relatively low and the farmers have difficulty in increasing their income in the long term.This needs to change the way of agricultural development and promote the development of sixth industry.The purpose is to increase farmers'income.The development of sixth industry needs the support of relevant law and its essence is industrial integration.It can play the role of local residents idle.Therefore,based on the connotation,and the advantage conditions of the traffic,resources and environment,product and policy,the study puts forward some suggestions.The government should develop the leisure agriculture and tourism agriculture,expand the distribution channels of agricultural products,promote the construction of agricultural products brand,cultivate professional talents,and increase government support,so as to provide some references for the development of sixth industry in Heilongjiang province.
