摘要
哈尔滨冰雪旅游业经过30余年的市场开发取得了一定的成功,但距建成世界冰雪旅游名城的目标还有相当距离。采用文献资料和定性分析等研究方法,分析了哈尔滨市冰雪旅游业的现状和特点,针对缺少市场经济理念,可持续发展观念较淡薄;品牌经营意识较差、产品创新能力较低等诸多问题,提出了哈尔滨市冰雪旅游要以立足国内市场,兼顾国际市场;深入挖掘整理民族的本土文化,促进冰雪与文化的融合;走品牌化发展道路;借助国际赛事,提高大众冬季健身意识等建议,促进冰雪旅游业的可持续发展。
The ice-snow tourism in Harbin city has achieved some success after 30 years of market development,but there still is a considerable distance away from the world-class ice-snow tourism city.With the methods of documentary information and qualitative analysis,the paper analyzes the current status and characteristics of Harbin ice-snow tourism.Considering the problems of the lacking idea of market economy and sustainable development,the poor sense of brand business and product innovation,it makes some suggestions for developing the ice-snow tourism in Harbin city to keep a foothold of domestic market and take account of international market,to deeply dig the local culture into a fusion with ice-snow culture,to take the road of developing the brand,to enhance the public physical fitness consciousness in winter with the help of international competitions.
