摘要
设计了一种新型无运放的带隙基准电路,利用电流镜和负反馈技术省去了运放,消除了运放带隙基准电路中失调电压对基准精度的影响,提升了电源抑制比。相比于传统的无运放带隙基准结构,该新型电路具有更高的精度和电源抑制比。基于0.35μm的BCD工艺,在Cadence Spectre环境下进行了仿真。在5 V电源电压下,电源抑制比为79 d B,-40~125℃温度范围内的温度系数为4.2×10-6/℃。
An Op amp-less bandgap voltage reference circuit which use current mirrors and negative feedback technique is presented in this paper.With the use of these technique,operational amplifier(OP)is avoided using in this circuit,thus eliminating effects of offset and power supply rejection ratio(PSRR)of the OP on accuracy of bandgap voltage reference.Based on 0.35μm BCD process,the circuit is simulated through Cadence Spectre software.Simulation results show that a temperature coefficient of 4.2×10-6/℃in the rang from-40℃to 125℃and a PSRR of 79 dB.
