摘要
目的:观察鼠神经生长因子配合甲钴胺治疗慢性酒精中毒性周围神经病(CAPN)效果及对患者神经传导速度的影响。方法:选取98例CAPN患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各49例;对照组给予甲钴胺治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用鼠神经生长因子治疗,均持续治疗4周,观察两组患者疗效,于治疗前及治疗4周后观察周围神经(正中神经、腓总神经)传导速度[运动神经传导速度(MNCV)、感觉神经传导速度(SNCV)]、下肢神经损伤改善情况[下肢神经损害评分(NIS-LL)]及神经系统症状改善情况[神经系统症状评分(NSS)]。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗4周后,两组患者正中神经、腓总神经MNCV、SNCV均较治疗前提升(P<0.05),NIS-LL、NSS评分则均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组患者变化幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:鼠神经生长因子配合甲钴胺治疗CAPN对提高疗效和神经传导速度、改善神经损伤有一定帮助,有利于患者病情转归。
Objective:To observe the mouse nerve growth factor combined with Methylcobalamin in the treatment of chronic alcoholic peripheral neuropathy(CAPN)and the effects on nerve conduction velocity of patients.Methods:98 cases of CAPN as the research object,were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 49 cases in each group;the control group was given Mecobalamin treatment,while the observation group was given the treatment of mouse nerve growth factor based on the treatment of the control group,and both the treatments lasted for 4 weeks.The conduction velocity of peripheral nerve including motor nerve conduction velocity(MNCV),and sensory nerve conduction velocity(SNCV),lower extremity nerve injury improvements such as lower extremity nerve damage score(NIS-LL)and the improvement of nervous system symptoms such as nervous system symptom score(NSS)were observed before treatment and after 4 weeks of treatment,with the curative effect of the two groups compared.Results:The total efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);after 4 weeks of treatment,the median nerve,common peroneal nerve MNCV,and SNCV of the two groups were better than those before treatment(P<0.05),scores of NIS-LL and NSS were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the changes in the observation group were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mouse nerve growth factor combined with Methylcobalamin in the treatment of CAPN is helpful in improving the curative effect,the nerve conduction velocity and nerve injury,which is beneficial to the recovery of patients.
