摘要
目的研究护士分层级管理模式在提高临床护理管理质量中的临床效果。方法选取于2016年10月—2017年5月收治的150例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,各75例。对照组给予常规护理模式,观察组则实施护士分层级管理模式,对比2组临床护理满意度及不良问题发生率。结果观察组护理满意度75例(100.00%)高于对照组60例(80.00%),不良问题发生率1例(1.33%)低于对照组13例(17.33%),对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在提高临床护理管理质量中应用护士分层级管理模式临床效果良好,可有效提高护理满意度,降低不良问题发生率,促进护患之间保持和谐关系,值得临床推广。
Objective To research the clinical effect of nurse stratified management model in improving the clinical nursing management quality.Methods 150 cases of patients from October 2016 to May 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 75 cases in each,the control group used the routine nursing model,while the observation group used the nurse stratified management model,and the clinical nursing satisfactory degree and incidence rate of adverse issues were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfactory degree in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,(100.00%vs 80.00%),(75 cases vs 60 cases),and the incidence rate of adverse issues was lower than that in the control group,(1.33%vs 17.33%,1 case vs 13 cases),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of nurse stratified management model in improving the clinical nursing management quality is good,which can effectively improve the nursing satisfactory degree,reduce the incidence rate of adverse issues and promote the harmonious relationship between nurses and patients,and it is worth clinical promotion.
