摘要
目的探讨自制标准化微视频在脑卒中吞咽障碍照护者防误吸实训宣教中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法选取皖南医学院第一附属医院神经内科2016-10—12收治120例脑卒中吞咽障碍患者的照护者为研究对象,随机分为实验组(60例)和对照组(60例),对照组采取常规口头、书面方式进行喂食宣教;实验组采用自制标准化微视频进行喂食宣教。采用敏感指标体系评价2组患者的误吸发生率、照护者对防误吸知识的评价得分、照护者喂食方法的评价得分。结果标准化微视频实训宣教后,实验组误吸的发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组吞咽障碍理论知识评分明显高于对照组(P<0.01);实验组吞咽障碍喂食操作评分明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论对脑卒中吞咽障碍患者的喂食方法指导采用自制标准化微视频宣教能有效降低误吸的发生率,提高照护者对防误吸知识的理解度和喂养方法的正确性,具有良好的实训效果。
Objective To discuss the effects of the standardized micro video in the stroke caregivers.Methods 120 caregivers were divided into study group(60 cases)and control group(60 cases)randomly from October 2016 to December 2016.We applied feeding education via micro video in study group,while applied instruction and education orally in control group.The incidence of aspiration,the score of prevention in aspiration and the feeding were compared with two groups.Results The incidence of aspiration was lower in study group than that of control group(P<0.05).The scores in study group were higher than those of control group by micro video(P<0.01).Conclusion The micro video education can reduce the incidence of aspiration,improve the awareness of prevention and the accuracy of feeding in stroke with swallowing disorder.
