摘要
目的观察自制的外科手套气囊袋在减轻腹股沟疝患者术后阴囊水肿的临床效果。方法选择2016年6月-2019年6月在南通大学附属吴江医院行腹腔镜下全腹膜外疝修补术(TEP)后阴囊水肿的63例患者,按抛币法随机分组,干预组39例和对照组24例。干预组采用自制的一次性外科手套气囊袋进行抬高阴囊护理,对照组采用传统护理。对比两组患者的临床护理效果。结果干预组腹股沟胀痛症状改善时间(39.95±7.06)h,明显短于对照组(91.18±12.99)h,差异有统计学意义(t=20.297,P<0.001);干预组阴囊水肿消退时间(53.77±5.30)h,明显短于对照组(110.17±18.04)h,差异有统计学意义(t=18.355,P<0.001)。干预组舒适满意度及依从性分别为89.74%和92.31%,均明明显高于对照组54.17%、54.17%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=10.366、12.505,P<0.001);干预组术后离床活动时间(11.72±2.44)h,术后平均住院天数(3.87±0.47)d,均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=27.856、12.234,P<0.001)。结论采用自制的外科手套气囊袋有效减轻TEP术后阴囊水肿,促进患者早期康复,提高患者满意度。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of self-made surgical glove bag in reducing postoperative scrotal edema in patients with inguinal hernia.Methods Sixty-three patients with scrotal edema after laparoscopic total extraperitoneal hernia repair(TEP)were selected from June 2016 to June 2019 in Wujiang Hospital Affiliated to Nantong University.They were randomly divided into two groups according to the coin-tossing method.There were 39 cases in the intervention group and 24 cases in the control group.The intervention group used self-made disposable surgical glove airbag bags to raise the scrotum,and the control group used traditional nursing.Compared the clinical nursing effect of the two groups of patients.Results The time to improve the symptoms of groin pain in the intervention group was(39.95±7.06)h,which was significantly shorter than that in the control group(91.18±12.99)h,and the difference was statistically significant(t=20.297,P<0.001);the time for scrotal edema in the intervention group to resolve(53.77±5.30)h,which was significantly shorter than the control group(110.17±18.04)h,and the difference was statistically significant(t=18.355,P<0.001).The comfort satisfaction and compliance of the intervention group were 89.74%and 92.31%respectively,which were significantly higher than those of the control group 54.17%,54.17%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=10.366,12.505,P<0.001);the intervention group got out of bed after operation time was(11.72±2.44)h,and the average postoperative hospital stay was(3.87±0.47)d,which were significantly shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=27.856,12.234,P<0.001).Conclusion The self-made surgical glove bag can effectively reduce scrotal edema after TEP,promote early recovery of patients,and improve patient satisfaction.
