摘要
基于强化学生就业筹码和建立学校特色的理念,现今台湾地区不少高校整合现有的教学资源,规划开设跨领域学程。从竞争优势构建的视角出发,通过案例分析选取台湾地区某些高校进行分析,从开课模式、学分规划等方面来控制成本,不仅重视学生人才能力的培养,也重视教师在教学与科研上的学习成长,根据自身的资源优势来积极塑造差异化的特色,采用模块式的课程设计来联盟整合各院系的师资力量。校方应该给予各类型的支持,重视师生的反应,思考学程的特色定位,做好联系协调有关单位的工作,有助于推动跨领域学程的运行。
In order to strengthen students'employability and establish universities'characteristics,many universities in Taiwan have integrated teaching resources and developed cross-disciplinary curriculums for students.Cross-disciplinary curriculums not only provide knowledge belonging to separate departments,but also integrate relevant courses into many modules across several disciplines.From the perspective of the competitive advantage construction,the paper takes a university in Taiwan as a case to analyze its cross-disciplinary curriculums.First,the university controls costs from the aspects such as courses giving and credits planning.In general,it doesn't require students to pay credit tuition to ease the burden.Besides compulsory courses which are specially given for students,basic or elective courses are embedded in existed courses.Second,the university attaches importance to not only cultivating students'employability,but also to ability to follow and analyze global and social issues and the ability to give back to the society.Third,curriculums are flexible in credits and courses planning.Students can complete all curriculums within four years,and selective courses occupy a high proportion.In addition,there are diversified teaching methods offering different extracurricular activities.Fourth,curriculums highlight their characteristics of differentiation shaped by their resource advantages,which benefit to build a distinctive image.Fifth,curriculums popularize and integrate teaching resources.Some courses are open to students in other universities and instructors coming from different departments and colleges.Besides,some teachers,entrepreneurs and civil servants outside the university are also invited to give courses.From the cross-curriculums programs in Taiwan,the paper concludes that universities should provide full supports such as teaching and researching funding to encourage faculties to apply.The establishment of cross-curriculums needs colleges and departments willing to be first to initiate the cooperatio
