摘要
二甲双胍降糖已有将近60年的历史,多个糖尿病研究学会认为二甲双胍能够作为临床上2型糖尿病治疗的一线用药。因此,在给予生活方式管理的基础上,应用二甲双胍单药治疗是多数初诊2型糖尿病患者治疗的首选方案。近年来,二甲双胍除降糖以外的其他作用越来越被重视,已有很多研究证明二甲双胍对血压、血脂代谢及体重等指标也存在调控作用。本文在给予规范的生活方式(饮食和运动)的干预下,将二甲双胍对初诊2型糖尿病患者的相关代谢指标的影响作一综述。
Metformin has been used as a hypoglycemic agent for nearly 60 years.A number of Diabetes Research Institute believes that Metformin can be used as first-line drugs in clinical treatment of type 2 diabetes.Therefore,based on the given lifestyle management,Metformin monotherapy is the most preferred regimen in the treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes patients.In recent years,Metformin has been paid more and more attention in addition to its hypoglycemic effects.Many studies have shown that Metformin also plays a regulatory role in blood pressure,lipids metabolism,body weight and so on.This article reviews the effects of Metformin on related metabolic parameters in patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus under the influence of standardized lifestyle(diet and exercise).
