摘要
目的介绍环孢菌素A的制剂研究进展。方法综述近年来国内外相关文献,介绍环孢菌素A的作用机制、临床应用及制剂研究,提出环孢菌素A制剂的研究前景。结果环孢菌素A新制剂不仅可以提高环孢菌素A的生物利用度、降低其毒性和不良反应,同时可扩大其临床应用范围。结论环孢菌素A新制剂的研究为环孢菌素A进一步发挥免疫抑制和其他作用提供了新途径。
To introduce the progress on the research in cyclosporine A preparation.Related literatures of both domestic and abroad that was published in recent years were summarized,and the mechanism,clinical application,pharmaceutics research of cyclosporine A were introduced.Finally,the research prospect of cyclosporine A preparation was proposed.The new preparation of cyclosporin A can not only improve the bioavailability of cyclosporin A,reduce its side effects,but also expand its clinical application.The new preparation of cyclosporin A improved its immunosuppressive effect and supplied a new strategy to treat other disease.
