摘要
目的探讨酚妥拉明联合小儿肺热咳喘口服液对婴幼儿毛细支气管炎肺功能及生长发育的影响。方法选择2013年2月至2016年9月本院收治的婴幼儿毛细支气管炎患儿115例,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(58例)和观察组(57例)。在对症支持的基础上,对照组给予小儿肺热咳喘口服液治疗,观察组则在对照组基础上联合使用酚妥拉明,比较治疗后两组脉冲振荡肺功能指标,并统计两组治疗前、后身长和体质量。结果治疗后,两组呼吸总阻抗、中心气道阻力和周边气道阻力均降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组身长增高速度及体质量增长速度快于对照组(P<0.05)。结论酚妥拉明联合小儿肺热咳喘口服液治疗婴幼儿毛细支气管炎,可有效改善患儿的肺功能,减少疾病对患儿生长发育的影响。
Objective To investigate the effect of phentolamine combined with infantile Feire Kechuan oral liquid on pulmonary function and growth and development of infantile capillary bronchitis.Methods A total of 115 cases of infants and young children with bronchiolitis admitted in our hospital from February 2013 to September 2016 were selected and divided into control group(58 cases)and observation group(57 cases)according to random number table method.On the basis of symptomatic support treatment,the control group was given infantile Feire Kechuan oral liquid,and the observation group was given phentolamine on the basis of the control group.The pulse oscillation pulmonary function indexes of the two groups were compared after treatment,and the body length and body weight of the two groups before and after treatment were calculated.Results After treatment,the total respiratory impedance,central airway resistance and peripheral airway resistance in both groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the body length of the observation group increased faster than that of the control group,and the body weight increased faster than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Phentolamine combined with infantile Feire Kechuan oral liquid in the treatment of infants and young children with bronchiolitis can effectively improve the lung function,and reduce the impact of disease on the growth and development of children.
