摘要
针对高校学生公寓火灾风险等级评定问题,建立了以人员因素、设备因素及环境因素为一级指标的指标体系,并利用改进的层次分析法确定了各指标的权重,避免用传统方法对判断矩阵的一致性检验过程,简化了计算。为有针对性的管理学生公寓,并科学、客观评定高校学生公寓火灾风险等级提供依据。实例表明用改进的层次分析法能客观反映学生公寓火灾风险等级。
This paper focuses on ranking a fire risk of college students’apartment.There alternatives are considered to build an index system for the problem:human factor,equipment factor and environment factor.The weight of each factor is given using improved analytic hierarchy process(IAHP),which can make computation process simplex compared with traditional analytic hierarchy process.This paper provides a scientific and objective method for evaluating a fire risk for the problem,which can give a basis for targeting college students’apartment.Example shows that IAHP can objectively rank fire risk of college students’apartment.
