摘要
本文通过开展青岛市环境基本公共服务体系现状研究,找出青岛市城乡之间在环境基础设施、环境监测水平、环境监管能力、环境信息公开与应急能力等方面存在的差异,以及影响青岛市环境基本公共服务均等化进程的因素,提出青岛市环境基本公共服务体系的建设模式和发展建议,为提升青岛市环境公共服务体系的水平提供借鉴。
Based on the current situation of environmental basic public service system in Qingdao city,this paper finds out the differences between urban and rural areas in environmental infrastructure,environmental monitoring level,environmental supervision ability,environmental information disclosure and emergency ability,and the factors that affect the process of Equalization of environmental basic public service in Qingdao city,puts forward the construction mode and development suggestion of environmental basic public service system in Qingdao city,which provides reference for upgrading the level of environmental public service system in Qingdao city.
