摘要
目的探究老年反流性食管炎护理中实行整体干预措施的应用效果。方法选取老年反流性食管炎病患者100例为研究对象,随机分成实验组和对照组各50例。对照组行反流性食管炎常规护理方法,实验组在常规护理基础上行整体护理干预,观察比较2组患者并发症发生率。结果对照组总有效率为72.0%,实验组总有效率为94.0%,实验组应用效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在老年反流性食管炎治疗过程中实施整体护理干预,能有效降低并发症发生率,提高临床护理效果,改善整体护理治疗效果。
Objective To explore the application of holistic intervention in elderly patients with reflux esophagitis.Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with reflux esophagitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 50 patients per group.The observation group was treated with holistic nursing intervention and the control group were treated with the routine nursing method for reflux esophagitis,and the incidence rate of two groups were observed and compared.Results The total response rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(72.0%vs.94.0%,P<0.05).Conclusion Holistic nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of complications,and significantly improve the clinical nursing and treatment efficacy.
