摘要
目的探讨护理干预对反流性食管炎患者治疗依从性及疗效的影响。方法将76例反流性食管炎患者随机分为实验组38例和对照组38例,2组患者均口服埃索美拉唑、莫沙必利治疗,疗程12周,实验组在治疗的基础上实施护理干预。2组患者在治疗后于第2、4、8、12周复诊,并采用电话、通信等方式进行随访,疗程结束后复查胃镜,比较2组患者的治疗依从性和治疗效果。结果实验组患者在治疗依从性和治疗效果方面明显高于对照组,均有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论护理干预能提高反流性食管炎患者的治疗依从性和治疗效果。
Obiective:To discuss the impact of nursing,intervention on the compliance and curative effect of patients with Reflux Esophagitis.Methods:76 patients with Reflux Esovhagitis were randomly divided into experimental group(n =38)and control group(n =38),The patients of these two groups both took Esomeprazole、Mosapride,The course of treatment lasted 12 weeks. Control group wastreated with routine therapy and experimental group was additionally eiven nursing,intervention.All the patients were reexamined in the 2nd,4th,8th and 12th week,and the compliance and curative effect(depend mainly on gastroscopey)were compared between the two arouvs inthe 12th week.Results:The compliance and curative effect were markedly higher in experimentai group than that in control group and showed statistical significance(p<0.05). Conclusion:Nursing intervention can improve the compliance of patients with Reflux Esophagitis and increase curative effect.
