摘要
叉架零件结构复杂,加工要求高,加工工序夹具设计复杂,定位误差计算繁琐。借助计算机辅助求解分析(CAE)可以提高设计质量和计算效率。应用ADAMS软件建立工序夹具机构模型,通过杆件的相对运动位置反映夹具的定位误差。采用蒙特卡洛方法编写原动件随机运动子程序,求解目标构件运动位置,导出位置样本进行统计分析,确定目标杆件的位置变化量,即为工序夹具的定位误差。与极值法定位误差计算结果相比较,误差更小且更接近于实际情况。研究结果表明,CAE方法可以高效准确地对复杂零件工序夹具定位误差进行分析计算,在夹具设计中具有重要的实践意义。
Because the fork parts have complex structure and high processing requirements,the design of the fixture is very complicated in the machining process.The calculation is too cumbersome when locating errors are analyzed.It can improve the design quality and the calculation efficiency with the aid of CAE.Applying ADAMS software,the body model of the process fixture was established.The relative movement of the member bar position can reflect the fixture positioning error.Based on the Monte Carlo method,the subroutine of the random motion was programmed on the original dynamic.The relative position of target components was analyzed.The output sample was carried out statistical analysis to determine the location variation of the target component.The location variation is deemed to be the fixture positioning error.Compared with the calculation results of the extremum method,the error is smaller and closer to the actual situation.The result show the method of CAE can analyze efficiently and accurately the error of the fixture positioning in the processing of the complex parts.It will be of great practical significance in the design of the fixture.
