摘要
在零件产品加工中常常会遇到精度要求高、装夹复杂,难以采用常规的方法加工的零件。采用实践总结的实例,建立了在CJK6140经济型数控车床上实现对称弧形档铁零件的高效加工的方法,阐述了设计原理、定位误差计算、夹具体的加工工艺等内容。
Machining is often required high precision,complicated jig and tools,and therefore,the regular ways of machining cannot be used.Adopt the practice instance,CJK6140 economical NC lathe is capable to provide high efficiency machining of symmetrical arc iron parts,which expound design principle,calculate of location de原viation,manufacturing process of jig and so on.
