IgG4相关性疾病累及胰腺、胆道、肝脏和淋巴结1例病例报告 被引量：3

摘要 IgG4相关性疾病是一种可以累计全身多个器官的慢性炎性伴纤维化的疾病,我科收治了一例IgG4相关性疾病累及胰腺、胆道、肝脏和淋巴结的患者,在IgG4水平升高的线索上,完善影像学检查,积极进行鉴别诊断,结合活检病理及免疫组化结果,积极早期地应用激素治疗并密切随访,我们明确了诊断并获得良好的治疗效果。
