摘要
目的:探讨院外延续护理对乳腺癌术后患者康复与生活质量的影响。方法选取2015年1月至2016年12月乳腺癌术后患者100例为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组和观察组,两组均给予出院指导,对照组出院后不采取延续性护理,观察组应用院外延续护理干预,比较两组患者认知、行为及状态、生活质量及宣教知识掌握情况。结果实施院外延续护理干预后,观察组患者认知行为及状态评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组健康宣教内容掌握水平、生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌术后患者应用院外延续护理,能够提高患者对疾病相关知识掌握程度,改变其认知功能,约束其自身行为,积极进行康复锻炼,保证患者术后康复效果,值得进一步推广应用。
Objective:To explore the effect of continuing nursing after discharge from hospital on rehabilitation and quality of life for patients with breast cancer after receiving surgery.Methods:To select 100 cases of patients with breast cancer after receiving surgery as research object from January 2015 to December 2016,randomly divide them into control group and observation group,both groups were given discharge instruction.Continuing nursing was not applied in the control group after discharging from hospital,while observation group were given continuing nursing,to compare the cognition,behavior and state,quality of life and mastery situation of dissemination and education knowledge of both groups.Results:After giving continuing nursing intervention outside the hospital,to compare the scores of cognition behavior and states,observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05);to compare mastery level of health dissemination and education knowledge,scores of quality of life,observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of continuing nursing outside the hospital,which applied in patients with breast cancer after receiving surgery,can improve the mastery degree of relevant knowledge about disease,to change its cognitive function,constraint on its own behavior,performing rehabilitation exercise actively,ensure patients postoperative rehabilitation effect,which was worthy of further popularization and application.
