摘要
目的探究品管圈活动对初产妇围产期保健及新生儿护理知晓率的影响。方法选取2016年1月至2017年1月于我院进行妊娠并自愿参加本次研究的110例初产妇,随机将其等分为对照组和研究组。对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予品管圈活动护理,比较两组初产妇分娩质量及围产期生活质量,并通过对比入院及出院时关于新生儿护理知晓率调查问卷,比较其对新生儿护理知晓情况。结果两组初产妇在住院时间方面比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组产后2 h出血量少于对照组(P<0.05),自然分娩率及产后1周纯母乳喂养率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),且研究组产妇在活动能力、日常生活等生活质量方面均明显优于对照组(P<0.05),初产妇新生儿护理知晓率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),初产妇出现不良反应率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论开展品管圈活动不仅有效提高了初产妇围产期生活质量及保健情况,提高了初产妇对新生儿护理知晓率,同时降低了初产妇不良反应发生率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle(QCC)activity on the primiparae perinatal health care and neonatal nursing awareness rate.Methods To select 110 primiparae who labored in our hospital and voluntarily participated in this study from January 2016 to January 2017,randomly and equally divide them into control group and research group.Control group was given routine nursing,while the research group was given QCC nursing,compare two groups of primiparae's labor quality and the quality of life,and through comparing questionnaire about newborn nursing awareness between the admission and leaving from hospital,compare the situation about the newborn nursing.Results There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the time of hospitalization(P>0.05).Research group postpartum blood loss within 2 hours was lower than control group(P<0.05),natural delivery rate and postnatal breast-feeding rate situation within 1 week were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05),and the research group in quality of life,such as activity ability,daily life etc.were significantly superior to the control group(P<0.05),to compare the neonatal care awareness of primiparae,the research group is significantly higher than control group(P<0.05),the primiparae appeared adverse reactions was lower than that of control group.Conclusion Quality control circle activity not only effectively enhance the primiparae perinatal health and life quality,improve newborn care awareness,at the same time reduces the incidence of adverse reactions of primiparae,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
