摘要 目的探讨基于跨理论模型的健康教育对脑梗死恢复期患者的影响。方法对2016年3—6月100例脑梗死恢复期患者实施跨理论模型的健康教育,3个月后比较干预前后患者的健康行为、信心水平及自我护理能力得分。结果干预后3个月患者的健康行为、信心水平及自我护理能力得分均优于干预前(P<0.05)。结论基于跨理论模型的健康教育能有效改善脑梗死恢复期患者健康行为,提高其行为信心水平及自我护理能力。 Objective To explore the effect of health education based on cross-theoretical model on patients with convalescent cerebral infarction.Methods To select a total of 100 patients who received treatment in our hospital from March 2016 to June 2016 and they were treated with health education based on cross-theoretical model.The health behavior,confidence level,and self-care ability scores of the patients before and after intervention were compared after 3 months.Results After the intervention,the patient's health behavior,confidence level,and self-care ability score were better than those before the intervention(P<0.01).Conclusion Health education based on cross-theoretical model can effectively improve the health behavior of patients with convalescent cerebral infarction.Besides,it also can improve their level of behavioral confidence and self-care ability.
