摘要
北京新机场工程复杂,施工点多面广、土石方量大,而水土保持专业人员较少、资金有限,水土流失防治任务艰巨。为控制和减少施工造成的水土流失,"空天地一体化水土保持监测"的新技术被付诸实践,将现场地面监测、小微型无人机数字化地形建模、卫星大尺度遥感影像的各自优势结合在一起,获取整体高清的工程进度图,发现和督促解决问题,从而为水土保持监测提供了比常规地面监测更为精确和事半功倍的技术途径。
The new capital airport is a complicated project,with a lot of construction points covering a large area and a huge quantity of cubic meters of earth and stone work.Meanwhile,the lack of funds as well as human resources makes the soil and water conservation difficult to complete.In order to control and reduce the soil and water loss during construction,the new technology of“Integration of Space,Sky and Ground Monitoring and Supervision of Water and Soil Conservation”was carried out.It took advantage of the strengths of ground monitoring on the spot,the 2D/3D digital landform modeling by the fixed-wing and multi-rotor wing small/miniature UAVs and the satellite large-scaled plane remote sensing photos,so as to get an integral HD image of the project advance and to detect and solve problems.Thus a more accurate and efficient technological approach than normal ground monitoring was provided for water and soil conservation monitoring.
