摘要
提出了一种用正己烷与二氯甲烷混合溶剂提取土壤中总石油烃的方法,溶剂比例1∶1。采用超声萃取及FID检测器检测,采用弗罗里小柱净化样品。结果表明,方法精密度最大为5.77%,样品加标回收率最低为76.3%。
A method for the extraction of total petroleum hydrocarbons from soil by the mixture of hexane and dichloromethane was proposed and the solvent ratio was 1∶1.Ultrasonic extraction and FID were used to analyze the sample and the florisi column was used to purify sample.The results show that the maximum method precision was 5.77%and the minimum recovery rate of sample marking was 76.3%.
