A practice on comprehensive control and energy saving transformation for paper machines

摘要 介绍一5000t/a产能造纸生产线的综合技术改造。项目由集中打浆控制系统、纸机热泵供汽系统、高速分切机控制系统、绝干上浆量控制系统、纸机传动系统和车间D CS主系统六个部分组成。改造后收到了预期效果,蒸汽单耗下降15%以上,电能消耗下降10%,主要工序实现了自动化操作,年综合效益可望达到300万元。 This paper introduces the comprehensively technological transformation for a 5000 t/a papermaking line.Project was composed of six parts of centralized beating control system,heat pump for steam supply system,control system for slitting machine with high speed paper machine,oven dry pulp control system in approach system,driving system for paper machine and the main system for workshop DCS.After the transformation,expecting effect was received,with the steam consumption reduced by more than 15%,the power consumption by 10%.The main process was realized automatic operation,the comprehensive benefit was expected to reach 3 million yuan annually.
