摘要
分析了造纸机自动控制系统的基本要求,介绍了控制系统的整体方案及其基本控制原理。对自动控制系统中使用的型号分别为西门子S7-400和ABB ACS800的控制器和变频器的基本结构及其工作原理进行了详细研究。造纸机中使用西门子PLC控制器和ABB变频器取得了很好的实践应用效果,为造纸车间创造了良好的社会效益和经济效益,可以为其他造纸车间提供很好的借鉴。
This paper analyzes the basic requirements of the paper machine automatic control system,and introduces the overall scheme and basic control principle of the control system.The controller and frequency converter used in the automatic control system are Siemens S7-400 and ABB ACS800 respectively.The basic structure and working principle of the two components are studied in detail.The application of Siemens PLC controller and ABB Inverter in paper machine has achieved good practical application effect,which creates good social and economic benefits for the paper workshop,and can provide a good reference for other paper workshops.
