摘要
宫颈癌是女性生殖系统的常见肿瘤。传统MR成像能无创地显示宫颈癌病灶的形态学变化,但仍存在一定局限性。功能MRI是对传统MR技术的补充,其在宫颈癌应用中的优势越来越显著,可对宫颈癌的病理分型、分级、周围组织受累情况、淋巴结有无转移以及治疗和预后等提供更加全面的信息。就扩散加权成像、动态增强MR成像、MR波谱成像、血氧水平依赖MR成像等功能成像技术在宫颈癌中的研究进展予以综述。
Cervical cancer is a common tumor in the female reproductive system.Traditional magnetic resonance imaging displays the morphological changes of cervical cancer in a noninvasive way,but there are still some limitations.Functional magnetic resonance imaging as a supplement to traditional MR technology has more and more advantages in the evaluation of cervical cancer.It can provide comprehensive information for pathological classification,grading,peripheral tissue involvement,lymph node metastasis,treatment and prognosis.The research progresses of functional magnetic resonance imaging such as diffusion-weighted imaging,dynamic enhanced MR imaging,MR spectroscopy and blood oxygen level dependent MR imaging in cervical cancer were reviewed.
