摘要
目的:比较两种不同颗粒的甘氨酸砂粉喷砂对固定矫治患者菌斑控制的效果。方法:随机选取于2015年10月-2016年11月在新疆医科大学第二附属医院口腔科行固定正畸治疗的患者46例,其中男21例,女25例,采用自身对照研究,将全口牙列分为左右半口,使用简单随机数字表纳入试验组与对照组。试验组采用25μm甘氨酸砂粉进行喷砂治疗,对照组采用65μm甘氨酸砂粉进行喷砂治疗。在基线、治疗后1周、4周及8周结合检测牙齿表面正畸菌斑指数,评估两种颗粒甘氨酸砂粉清除菌斑的效果。结果:试验组和对照组治疗前正畸菌斑指数差异无统计学意义;在4周及8周时,两组t检验结果分别为(t=-2.557,P=0.013)、(t=-2.902,P=0.005),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随时间变化,两组组内PLI-O指数有明显变化(P<0.05),整体呈降低趋势,与对照组相比,试验组降低的趋势更明显。结论:25μm、65μm甘氨酸砂粉均可改善固定矫治患者的口腔健康状况,以25μm甘氨酸砂粉喷砂治疗效果更为显著。
Objective To compare the effect of two different granules of glycine in the plaque control aspect of patients with fixed orthodontic rectification.Methods 46 cases of patients with fixed orthodontic treatment were randomly selected including 21 cases of menand 25 cases of women by self-control study,in the stom atology department of second affiliated hospital of Xinjiang medical universitym from October 2015 to Novem ber 2016.All the experimental teeth were divided into left and right half mouth;and simple random Numbers table were used into the experimental group and control group,in which experimental group with 25μm glycine powder sand for air-polishing treatment,and the control group with 65μm glycine airpolishing treatment.Then evaluate the effect of two granule glycine powder scavenging plaque assay on the orthodontic plaque index of the dental surface in 1 week,4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment.R esu lts There was no statistically significant difference between the experim ental group and the control group before the treatment.H ow ever,the results of t test in the two groups were respectively after 4 weeks and 8 w eeks(t=-2.557,P=0.013)(t=-2.902,P=0.005),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.0 5).0ver time,the PLI-0 index in the two groups show ed significant changes(P<0.0 5),and the overall trend w as lower.Compared with the control group,the low er trend of the experimental group was more obvious.Conclusion 25 and 65μm glycine powder can improve the oral health of patients with fixed correction,and the effect of 25μm glycine air-polishing is much more effective.
