摘要
目的:评价Duraphat在预防青少年正畸固定矫治中对釉质脱矿的效果。方法:选择接受固定正畸治疗的患者26例,采用自身对照的方法,将同一患者口内以上下中线为界分为实验侧和对照侧,每组208个牙。粘结托槽后实验侧涂Duraphat,且之后每3个月涂1次;对照侧不作任何处理。在矫治前和矫治3、6、9、12个月拍摄口内照片,记录双侧上下颌前牙、尖牙及第一前磨牙实验侧与对照侧釉质脱矿指数,并进行统计学分析。结果:矫治前与矫治3个月相比,实验侧和对照侧釉质脱矿指数无明显变化(P>0.05);矫治6、9、12个月时,双侧釉质脱矿指数均高于3个月,且对照侧明显高于实验侧(P<0.05),对照侧脱矿指数随时间增长持续增高(P<0.05),而实验侧6、9、12个月相比脱矿指数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:Duraphat能在一定程度上抑制青少年固定正畸患者釉质脱矿的加重,但并不能阻止其发生。
AIM:To assess the effects of Duraphat vanish in refraining enamel demineralization of the teenagers during orthodontic treatment.METHODS:416 teeth from 26 patients receiving fixed orthodontic treatment were divided into experiment group and control group randomly by the central line of dentition(n=208).Duraphat varnish was applied on anterior teeth and first premolars for the experiment group after the brackets had been bonded,and it was applied again at every 3 months interval for 12 month.No such treatment was applied to the control group.Enamel demineralization was observed and analyzed after 3,6,9 and12 months of treatment.RESULTS:The enamel demineralization score increased with the increase of treatment time in the control group(P<0.05).In the experimental group,the demineralization score 6,9,and 12 months was higher than that befor treatment(P<0.05),but there was no signifant difference between 12 and 9,9 and 6,6 and 3 months,respectively(P>0.05).6,9 and 12 months after treatment the demineralization score of experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:Duraphat varnish is effective for preventing the enamel demineralization during fixed orthodontic treatment,but it doesn't stop it from happening.
