摘要
目的探讨人性化护理干预对社区面部凹陷性瘢痕患者心理状态的影响。方法 60例面部凹陷性瘢痕患者,随机分为对照组和人文组,各30例。对照组实施常规护理,人文组在对照组基础上应用人性化护理干预,观察比较两组护理前后的心理状态变化及依从性。结果护理前两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组SAS、SDS评分均低于护理前,且人文组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。人文组和对照组的依从率分别为96.7%、73.3%,人文组的依从率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对社区面部凹陷性瘢痕患者实施人性化护理干预可改善患者的负性情绪,提高患者的依从性,值得推广应用。
Objective To discuss the effect of humanized nursing intervention on the psychological state of patients with facial depressed scar in community.Methods A total of 60 patients with facial depressed scar were randomly divided into control group and humanity group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing,and humanity group received humanized nursing intervention.Observation and comparison were made on psychological state changes and compliance before and after nursing between the two groups.Results Before nursing,both groups had no statistically significant difference in self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)score(P>0.05).After nursing,both groups had lower SAS and SDS score than before nursing,and humanity group was lower than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Humanity group and control group had compliance rate respectively as 96.7%and 73.3%.Humanity group had obviously higher compliance rate than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of humanized nursing intervention for patients with facial depressed scar in community can improve their negative mood and improve their compliance.It is worthy of promotion and application.
