摘要
目的观察针刀治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(OA)中综合护理的临床效果。方法选取2016年10月—2017年6月温岭市中医院收治的68例OA患者,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,各34例。患者均进行针刀治疗,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用综合护理,根据OA治疗效果判定标准评价患者治疗效果,采用自制护理满意度调查表评价患者满意度。结果观察组患者总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者总满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在针刀治疗的基础上进行综合护理,不仅能明显提高OA患者治疗效果,而且能够提高患者护理满意度,值得在临床上推广使用。
Objective To observe and evaluate the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing knife in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(OA).Methods From October 2016 to June 2017,68 cases of OA patients treated in Wenling Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were randomly divided into observation group and control group,54 cases each.All patients were treated with acupotomy.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group adopted comprehensive nursing.According to the criteria for determining the effect of OA treatment,the effect of the patient was evaluated.The patient satisfaction was evaluated by the self-made nursing satisfaction questionnaire.Results The total effective rate of the patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing on the basis of acupotomy can not only improve the treatment effect of OA patients,but also improve the patient's nursing satisfaction.It is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
