摘要
目的探讨益气振心汤联合左甲状腺素片治疗甲状腺功能减退性心脏病的临床疗效。方法选择68例甲状腺功能减退性心脏病患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组(n=34)和观察组(n=34)实施对比研究,对照组给予每日口服左甲状腺素片12.5μg进行治疗,每日1次。观察组在对照组基础上给予口服益气振心汤联合治疗,益气振心汤每日1剂。两组患者均以2个月为1个疗程。观察两组患者的甲状腺功能相关指标和超声心动图检测结果、治疗有效率、生活质量。结果治疗后两组患者甲状腺功能相关指标、心脏三维彩超相关指标水平均得到明显改善,但观察组的改善效果更为明显(均P<0.05)。经临床治疗效果判定,在显效、有效的患者方面,观察组分别有20例和12例,对照组分别有12例和10例。组间对比总有效率差异有统计学意义(94.12%vs64.71%,P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者生活质量总分均明显提高,但观察组的治疗后评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组均未出现与治疗相关的不良反应。结论益气振心汤联合左甲状腺素片治疗甲状腺功能减退性心脏病疗效显著,可以更好的改善患者的甲状腺功能和心脏功能,提高治疗有效率。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Zhenxin decoction combined with levothyroxine tablets in the treatment of hypothyroidism heart disease.Methods 68 patients with hypothyroidism heart disease were included in this study.According to the method of random number table,the patients were divided into control group(n=34)and observation group(n=34).The control group was given daily oral administration of levothyroxine tablets of 12.5μg for treatment,once a day.The observation group was orally given combined Yiqi Zhenxin Decoction on the basis of the control group,and Yiqi Zhenxin decoction was given once a day.Two months were a course of treatment in both groups.Thyroid function-related indicators,echocardiography test results,treatment effective rate and quality of life were observed in the two groups of patients.Results After the treatment,the thyroid function-related indexes and the related indexes of 3D color heart Doppler ultrasound in both groups were significantly improved,but the improvement effect in the observation group was more obvious(both P<0.05).Judged by the effect of clinical treatment,in terms of the the significantly effective and effective patients,there were 20 cases and 12 cases respectively in the observation group,and there were 12 cases and 10 cases respectively in the control group.There was a statistically significant difference in the total effective rate between groups(94.12%vs 64.71%,P<0.05).After treatment,the total score of the quality of life in the two groups of patients were significantly improved,but the post-treatment score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were no treatment-related adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion Yiqi Zhenxin decoction combined with levothyroxine tablets in the treatment of hypothyroidism heart disease has a significant effect,which can better improve the thyroid function and cardiac function and improve the treatment efficiency.
