摘要
目的分析腹腔镜探查应用于肠胃外科急诊的临床效果。方法于2015年3月—2016年6月在浙江省义乌市中心医院行腹腔镜探查的肠胃外科急诊患者中选取55作为研究组,选取55例同期收治的传统剖腹检查肠胃外科急诊患者作为对照组。观察两组患者的临床应用效果。结果研究组与对照组的探查结果接近,研究组的手术时间、术中出血量以及住院时间均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的并发症发生率为5.45%,明显低于对照组的25.45%(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜探查具有微创、高效等优势,并发症少,患者术后康复快,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of laparoscopic exploration in the emergency department of gastrointestinal surgery.Methods 55 cases of gastrointestinal surgery emergency underwent laparoscopic exploration in Yiwu City,Zhejiang Province Central hospital from March 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the study group.55 cases of gastrointestinal surgery emergency treated by the traditional postoperative examination in the same period were enrolled as control group.The clinical application effects of two groups were observed.Results Results in study group were close to control group.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss and hospitalization time in study group were significantly better than those in control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of study group was 5.45%,which was significantly lower than 25.45%in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic exploration has advantages of minimally invasive,high efficiency,less complications,rapid postoperative recovery of patients and is worth promoting.
