摘要
目的对腹腔镜探查在胃肠外科急诊中的应用进行探讨。方法收集本院2010年1月至2012年12月在胃肠外科急诊就诊患者94例,将其中行腹腔镜探查患者作为试验组,行剖腹探查患者作为对照组,两组各47例。结果两组患者在手术检查结果方面不存在显著差异(P>0.05),试验组患者住院天数、术中失血量、术后离床活动时间均显著优于对照组,组间比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05);试验组患者并发症发生率低于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05),但在手术操作时间方面两组不存在显著差异(P>0.05)。结论在胃肠外科急诊中腹腔镜探查对患者创伤小、并发症少,恢复较快,在临床上值得进一步研究并推广使用。
Objective The application of laparoscopic exploration in gastrointestinal surgical emergency were discussed. Method Collected from January 2010 to December 2012 in emergency department patients, 94 cases of gastrointestinal surgery, including laparoscopic searches for experimental group, laparotomy for control group, two groups of 47 cases respectively. Result Surgical results in patients with two groups there was no significant difference （P 〉 0.05）, at the same time, two groups of patients in hospitalization days, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative bed time had significant differences （P〈 0.05）, showed that experimental group was superior to control group; two groups had no statistical differences in operation time （P 〉 0.05）, significant differences on the incidence of complications in the two groups （P 〈 0.05）, experimental group was lower than control group. Conclusion In the gastrointestinal surgical emergency laparoscopic exploration has small trauma, fewer complications, and patients recover faster, deserves further research and promote the use in clinic.
