摘要
目的探讨等圈技术栓塞颅内动脉瘤(IA)的疗效及优势。方法分析河北医科大学第二医院神经外科2016年1月至2016年12月采用等圈技术治疗的36例患者共计42枚囊性动脉瘤,依据Raymond分级评价即刻栓塞效果,并于术后6个月随访。结果 36例42枚动脉瘤均实现成功栓塞,即刻栓塞效果Raymond分级I级27个,III级15个,动脉瘤直径约1mm^15mm。其中15例动脉瘤采用支架辅助,共使用弹簧圈105枚。成功随访21例患者,没有瘤颈、瘤体残留及复发病例,瘤颈闭合率100%。结论等圈技术适合较规则动脉瘤的栓塞,易操作。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and advantages of“equal coils technique”in the treatment of intracranial aneurysms(IA).Method Thirty-six patients with forty-two cystic aneurysms were retrospectively reviewed between from January 2016 to December 2016,at the Department of Neurosurgery in the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University.Evaluation of immediate embolization effect was according to Raymond classification.The patients were followed up 6 months after the operation.Results Forty-two IA from thirty-six patients were all successfully embolized.The results of immediate embolization effect showed that Raymond grade I was 27 cases and grade III was 15 cases.The diameter of aneurysm ranged from 1mm to 15mm.Stent-assisted coil embolism was performed in 15 aneurysms and a total of 105 coils were used.Twenty-one patients were followed up successfully and no aneurysm neck remnant,residual aneurysm and recurrence were observed.The neck closure rate of aneurysms was 100%.Conclusion Equal coils technique is suitable for embolization of regular aneurysms with easy operation.
