摘要
目的观察芦笋胶囊治疗灼口综合征的临床疗效。方法选取医院2016年1月至2017年4月收治的灼口综合征患者98例,随机分为观察组(芦笋胶囊+西药治疗)与对照组(西药治疗),各49例。用药28 d后比较临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率为93.88%,明显高于对照组的65.31%(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者疼痛改善、饮水减少、睡眠增加3项症状评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均明显降低,且观察组降低更显著(P<0.05)。结论芦笋胶囊能改善灼口综合征患者舌痛、睡眠障碍、口干等症状,提高临床疗效,改善抑郁、焦虑等不良情绪,且安全性较好,可在临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Lusun Capsules in the treatment of burning mouth syndrome(BMS).Methods Totally 98 patients with BMS admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to April 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group(Lusun Capsulescombined with Western medicine)and the control group(Western medicine),49 casesin each group.After 28d,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 93.88%,which was significantly higher than 65.31%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of 3 symptoms(pain relief,reduced drinking water and increased sleep)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups were decreased,and the decrease in the observation group was more significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Lusun Capsules can improve the symptoms of tongue pain,sleep disturbance and dry mouth in patients with BSM,improve the clinical curative effect,and improve the patients′depression and anxiety and other un-healthy emotions,which have good safety and are worthy of clinical promotion.
