摘要
目的:观察自拟滋阴降火方治疗阴虚火旺型灼口综合征的临床疗效。方法:将110例患者按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组55例。对照组采用常规西药维生素E+核黄素+谷维素治疗,研究组在对照组治疗基础上加用自拟滋阴降火方(石膏10 g,淡竹叶10 g,麦门冬15 g,生地黄30 g,玄参15 g,石斛30 g,地骨皮10 g,甘草6 g,太子参15 g)治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后疼痛程度、临床症状、生存质量变化及不良反应发生情况,并对两组患者临床疗效进行评价。结果:研究组有效率为96.36%明显高于对照组的76.36%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);和治疗前比较,治疗后两组患者视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)、中医证候积分均明显下降,而TDL生存质量评分明显上升,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组VAS评分、中医证候积分均低于对照组,而TDL生存质量评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率为1.82%明显低于对照组的14.55%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用自拟滋阴降火方治疗阴虚火旺型灼口综合征可明显提高临床疗效,缓解患者临床症状,减轻疼痛,减少不良反应的发生,促进身体恢复,提高生存质量。
Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of self-made Ziyin Jianghuo formula in treatment of Yin-deficiency and fireexcess type of burning mouth syndrome（ BMS）. Methods：110 patients with yin-deficiency and fire-excess type of BMS in our hospital from September 2015 to June 2016 were randomly divided into research group and control group,55 cases in each. Control group was treated with vitamin E,riboflavin and oryzanol,research group was treated with Ziyin Jianghuo formula based on control group. The changes of pain degree,clinical symptoms,survival quality and adverse reactions of two groups were compared. The clinical efficacy of two groups were evaluated. Results：The total effective rate of research group was 96. 36%（53/55）,which was significantly higher than 76. 36%（42/55） of control group（ P〈0. 05）;Compared with before treatment,the VAS score,TCM symptom score of two groups significantly decreased after treatment,but score of TDL survival quality significantly increased（ P〈0. 05）;After treatment,the VAS score,TCM symptom score of research group were lower than those of control group,but score of TDL survival quality was higher than control group（ P〈0. 05）;The incidence of adverse reactions of research group was 1. 82%（1/55）,which was significantly lower than 14. 55%（8/55） of control group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Ziyin Jianghuo formula in treatment of Yin-deficiency and fire-excess type of BMS can significantly increase clinical efficacy,relieve clinical symptoms,reduce pain,decrease adverse reactions,promote recovery and improve survival quality,which is worthy of further promotion.
