摘要
目的研究大豆Glycine max荚的化学成分。方法利用反复硅胶柱色谱法、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱法、中压柱色谱及半制备高效液相色谱等方法分离纯化,通过NMR、MS等谱学技术鉴定化合物结构。结果从大豆荚乙醇提取物中分离得到14个化合物,分别鉴定为4,4′-二苯甲烷二氨基甲酸乙酯(1)、2,6-二甲氧基-1,4-对苯醌(2)、杜仲树脂酚(3)、蒲公英萜酮(4)、羽扇豆烯酮(5)、7,3′,4′-三羟基黄酮(6)、考迈斯托醇(7)、3-吲哚甲酸(8)、芹菜素(9)、phaseol(10)、7,4′-二羟基黄酮(11)、豆甾醇(12)、β-谷甾醇(13)、胡萝卜苷(14)。结论化合物1~5为首次从大豆属植物中分离得到,化合物6为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To investigate the chemical constituents from the pods of Glycine max. Methods The chemical constituents were isolated by repeated silica gel chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography, medium pressure column chromatography, and semi-preparative liquid chromatography. Their structures were elucidated by chemical properties and spectroscopic analyses. Results Fourteen compounds were identified to be 4,4'-diphenylmethane-bis (ethyl) carbamates (1), 2,6-dimethoxy-1,4-benzoquinone (2), (+)-medioresinol (3), taraxerone (4), lupenone (5), 7,3',4'-trihydroxyflavone (6), coumestrol (7), indole-3-carboxylic acid (8), apigenin (9), phaseol (10), 7,4'-dihydroxyflavone (11), stigmasterol (12), 13-sitosterol (13), and 13-daucosterol (14). Conclusion Compounds 1-5 are obtained from the pods of G. max for the first time, and compound 6 is obtained from this plant for the first time.
