摘要
目的采用一测多评法建立同时测定咽炎片玄参中3种主要成分含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法以肉桂酸为内标,建立其与哈巴苷、哈巴俄苷的相对校正因子,采用HPLC法进行含量测定,计算3种成分的含量,实现一测多评。结果建立的相对校正因子重复性良好,采用相对校正因子计算的含量与外标法实测值无显著性差异,哈巴苷、哈巴俄苷、肉桂酸的平均加样回收率分别为97.16%,98.81%,99.33%,RSD分别为1.52%,0.62%,0.95%(n=6)。结论一测多评法可用于咽炎片玄参中主要成分的含量测定。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for content determination of three main components of Radix Scrophulariae in Yanyan Tablets by quantitative analysis of multi-components by single-marker(QAMS).Methods Cinnamic acid was used as the internal standard,and the relative correction factors(RCFs)of harpagide and harpagoside were established.The content of the three components was calculated by HPLC method.Results The repeatability of RCF was good.There was no significant difference between the content calculated by the RCF and the measured value by the external standard method.The average recovery rates were 97.16%,98.81%,99.33%,and the RSDs were 1.52%,0.62%,0.95%(n=6).Conclusion QAMS can be used for content determination of main components of Radix Scrophulariae in Yanyan Tablets.
