摘要
目的系统评价温阳降浊中药治疗糖尿病肾病(DN)的有效性。方法计算机检索各数据库从建库到2017年6月,同时辅以人工检索。收集温阳降浊中药对比西药类药物治疗DN的随机对照试验。采用Rev Man 5.3软件分析。结果常规西药基础上联合温阳降浊中药治疗DN肌酐(P=0.000 2)、尿素氮(P<0.000 01)、24 h尿蛋白定量(P<0.000 1)的疗效优于单用西药组;常规西药基础上联合温阳降浊中药降低DN 24 h尿蛋白定量(P<0.000 1)的作用优于血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂或血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂类药物;温阳降浊中药治疗DN的总体疗效显著;倒漏斗图显示较对称,无明显发表偏倚。结论温阳降浊中药治疗DN安全、有效。
Objective To systematically evaluate the effectiveness of warming Yang and descending turbid traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods We searched the databases from inception to June 2017 by computer and manual retrieval,the randomized controlled trials(RCTs)of comparative effect between warming Yang and descending turbid traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in the treatment of DN were collected.Revman5.3 software was adopted to carry out Meta analy-sis.Results The conventional Western medicine combined with warming Yang and descending turbid traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of DN had better curative effect on creatinine(P=0.000 2),urea nitrogen(P<0.000 01),24 h urine protein quantity(P<0.000 01)than the single Western medicine group.The conventional Western medicine combined with warming Yang and de-scending turbid traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of DN has better curative effect on reducing 24 h urine protein quantity than the drug of ACEI or ARB.The effect of warming Yang and descending turbid traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of DN was significant.Funnel plot showed the figure was much more symmetric without significant publication bias.Conclusion Warming Yang and descending turbid traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of DN has good effect and high safety.
