摘要
目的:研究男性精子顶体酶活性与精子活力、精液浓度和精子正常形态的相关性。方法:选择进行精子顶体酶活性检测者420例,对所有研究对象均采用手淫法取精液,并进行精液常规(精子活力、精液浓度、精子正常形态)和精子顶体酶活性检测,比较不同精子活力男性的顶体酶活性,对精子顶体酶活性与精子活力、精液浓度和精子正常形态行Pearson相关分析。结果:将420例研究对象根据PR值进行分组,异常组的精液浓度以及顶体酶活性均低于正常组(P<0.05);根据顶体酶活性的不同进行分组,异常组的精液浓度、前向运动精子率(PR)以及非前向运动精子率(NP)均低于正常组(P<0.05);男性精子顶体酶活性与精子活力、精液浓度和精子正常形态呈正相关性(P<0.05)。结论:精子顶体酶活性可以对精液质量进行有效的评估,精子顶体酶活性与精子活力、精液浓度、精子正常形态相关。
Objective:To study the relationship between sperm acrosin activity and sperm motility,semen concentration and normal sperm morphology of male spermatozoa.Methods:420 patients undergoing sperm acrosin activity examination were selected.All the subjects were treated with masturbation,and semen routine(sperm motility,semen concentration and normal sperm morphology)and sperm acrosin activity were measured.Acrosin activities in males with different sperm motility were compared.Pearson correlation analysis was adopted to study the relationship between sperm acrosin activity and semen parameters(sperm motility,semen concentration and normal sperm morphology).Results:The 420 patients were grouped according to PR values,and the semen concentration and acrosin activity in the abnormal group were significantly lower than those in the normal group(P<0.05).The 420 patients were grouped according to the acrosin activity,and the semen concentration,PR and NP in the abnormal group were significantly lower than those in the normal group(P<0.05).Sperm acrosin activity was positively correlated with sperm motility,semen concentration and normal sperm morphology(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sperm acrosin activity can effectively assess semen quality,and sperm acrosin activity is closely related to sperm motility,semen concentration and normal sperm morphology.
