摘要
领导力作为大学生综合素质的重要组成部分,政府、企事业单位等组织在招聘人才时,将领导力作为一项重要参考指标,成为应聘者能否应聘成功的重要因素。本文主要运用问卷调查法,随机调查了一所高校社团内的部分成员领导力的培养现状。分别从社团成员对领导力培养必要性和重要性的认识,对社团成员领导力特质的理解与自我评价,培养社团成员领导力的环境要素三个方面调研分析,提出促进社团成员领导力发展的切实可行的建议。
As an important part of college students'comprehensive quality,leadership is considered as an important reference index and becomes the decisive factor in the success of the employment applications for governments,enterprises and other institutions.This paper mainly uses the questionnaire survey to investigate the current situation of the members’leadership training in a college community.The paper puts forward some practical proposals to promote the development of community members’leadership based on the investigation and analysis on members'understanding of the necessity and importance of leadership training,understanding and self-evaluation of the leadership qualities,and the training environmental factors,.
