摘要
目的探讨专科护理质量评价指标在主动脉夹层动脉瘤患者中的应用效果。方法选择2014年9月—2015年8月笔者所在医院住院的主动脉夹层动脉瘤患者32例(对照组),采用传统护理评价指标督导临床护理工作;选择2015年9月—2016年8月住院的主动脉夹层动脉瘤患者39例(观察组),采用专科护理质量评价指标督导临床护理工作。结果实施前后住院评估准确率、病情观察准确率、并发症干预准确率、护理记录准确率、床旁交接班准确率、患者满意度比较,观察组各项指标明显优于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论该专科护理质量评价指标能更客观地评价临床护理质量,弥补传统评价指标环节质量控制中的不足,体现了专科疾病护理内涵,提升了专科护理质量,值得临床推广。
Objective To discuss the application effect of specific nursing quality evaluation indexes in the cardiac surgical patients with dissecting aneurysm of aorta.Methods The 32 patients with dissecting aneurysm of aorta hospitalized from September 2014 to August 2015 were selected and assigned as control group,the traditional nursing evaluation indexes were used to supervise the clinical nursing work in the group;another 39 patients hospitalized with dissecting aneurysm of aorta from September 2015 to August 2016 were selected and assigned as observation group,where the specific nursing quality evaluation indexes were used to supervise the clinical nursing work.Results The hospital evaluation accuracy,observation accuracy,intervention of complications accuracy,nursing records accuracy,patients satisfaction of observation group were statistically higher than those of control group(all,P<0.01).Conclusion The special nursing quality evaluation indexs can more objectively evaluate the quality of clinical care,make up for the deficiency of traditional evaluation indexs in the link quality control,and reflect the specialty disease nursing connotation,improve the quality of the nurse.So it is worth for clinical promotion.
