光质与光周期对多穗柯幼苗生长及光合参数的影响 被引量:10

Effect of Different Light Qualities and Photoperiods on Growth and Photosynthetic Characteristics of Lithocarpus polystachyus Seedling

摘要 采用发光二极管LED(Light Emitting Diode)为光源,设置不同光质(正白光、蓝光、红光)和光周期(8、12、16 h)处理,对2年生多穗柯(Lithocarpus polystachyus)扦插苗进行试验。结果表明:处理2个月后,多穗柯幼苗叶面积、叶长、叶宽、叶片数、苗高增量及地径增量差异显著(P<0.05),说明不同光质和光周期处理对其叶片特征及幼苗生长有影响作用。与正白光相比,蓝光有利于多穗柯幼苗的苗高增长,幼苗叶片数量增多,最大净光合速度达到8.59μmol/(m^2·s),而红光则有利于促进幼苗的地径增长量;对比正白光,长日照处理的叶片数及苗高增长量显著提高,有效光强在400μmol/(m^2·s)之后光合速率均高于对照,而短日照处理叶片数显著减少,有效光强在400μmol/(m^2·s)之后光合速率均低于对照。 Experiments were conducted on 2-year-old cutting seedlings ofLithocarpus polystachyus with dif?ferent light qualities and photoperiods by the LED lighting system.Results showed that there were significant differences in leaf area,leaf length,leaf width,leaf number,seedling height increment and ground diameter increment(P<0.05),which indicated that different light qualities and photoperiods had effect on the leaf characteristics and seedling growth.Compared with the white light,blue light was beneficial to the growth of Lithocarpus polystachyus seedlings and the increase of leaf number,and the maximum net photosynthesis rate increased to 8.59μmol/(m2·s).Red light was beneficial to promote the growth of the ground diameter.After long-day treatment,the number of leaves and height increased significantly and the photosynthesis rate was higher than that of control group,while the effective light intensity exceeded 400μmol/(m2·s).On the other hand,after the short-day treatment,the number of leaves decreased significantly and the photosynthetic rate was lower than that of control group,while the effective light intensity exceeded 400μmol/(m2·s).
