摘要
现代工匠精神与红色基因可以也需要接轨互通,二者有机融合能够形成层次更高的红色基因特质的工匠精神。其内涵至少包括忠于职守的敬业精神、追求卓越的精业精神和艰苦奋斗的创业精神等。这些精神对于提高思想政治教育实效,帮助大学生培育社会主义核心价值观、增强职业道德素养、实现人生价值具有重要的现实意义和长远意义。构建校园文化、教育教学与实践活动"三位一体"的立德树人模式,是实现红色工匠精神育人价值的有效路径。
The modern craftsman spirit needs to connect with red gene;the organic combination of the two forms a craftsman spirit with red gene at a higher level.Its connotation at least includes the professional ethics of devotion to duty,the spirit of pursuing excellence,and the spirit of working hard,etc.These spirits have important realistic and long-term significance for improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education,helping students cultivate the socialist core values,enhancing their professional ethics and realizing their life values.It is an effective way to realize the educational value of the red craftsman spirit by building a morality education trinity of campus culture,education and teaching,and practical activities.
