摘要
探讨埃索美拉唑三联疗法对82例幽门螺杆菌（Helicobacter pylori，Hp）相关性胃炎患者的疗效。方法 将82例Hp相关性胃炎患者随机分为常规组（n=41）和三联疗法组（n=41），常规组给予奥美拉唑+莫西沙星片+阿莫西林克拉维酸钾三联疗法治疗，三联疗法组给予埃索美拉唑+莫西沙星片+阿莫西林克拉维酸钾三联疗法治疗，观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果 三联疗法组临床总有率显著高于常规组（92.68%比70.73%，P＜0.05）；治疗后，两组血清NF-κB明显降低（P＜0.05），HSP70显著上升（P＜0.05），血清hs-CPR及IL-6水平显著降低（P＜0.05），且三联疗法组改善程度大于常规组（P＜0.05）；三联疗法组Hp根除率高于常规组（92.68%比65.85%，P＜0.05），不良反应总有效率比较差异无统计学意义（7.23%比4.88%，P=0.644）。结论 埃索美拉唑三联疗法治疗Hp相关性胃炎患者疗效确切，可明显改善患者相关症状及纠正机体炎症反应，根除Hp，保护胃黏膜，可安全应用于临床治疗中。
To investigate the efficacy of esomeprazole triple therapy in patients with helicobacter pylori(Hp)-related gastritis.Methods 82 cases of patients with Hp-related gastritis were randomly divided into the routine group(n=41)and the triple therapy group(n=41).The routine group was given the triple therapy of omeprazole,moxifloxacin tablets,and amoxicillin clavulanate potassium,and the triple therapy group was given the triple therapy of esomeprazole,moxifloxacin tablets,and amoxicillin clavulanate potassium.The clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed.Results The total clinical effective rate was 92.68%in the triple therapy group and 70.73%in the routine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of NF-κB,hs-CRP,and IL-6 significantly decreased,the serum HSP70 level significantly increased in the two groups(P<0.05),and the improvement degree in the triple therapy group was significantly higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).The eradication rate of Hp was 92.68%in the triple therapy group and 65.85%in the routine group(P<0.05),and the incidences of adverse reactions were 7.23%and 4.88%respectively(P=0.644).Conclusions Esomeprazole triple therapy can have exact efficacy in the treatment of Hp-related gastritis patients,and it can improve the related symptoms and correct the stomach inflammatory reaction,and can effectively eradicate Hp and protect the gastric mucosa,therefore it can be safely used in clinical treatment.
