摘要 随着我国社会经济的不断发展,化工行业发展迅速,给社会大众的生活带来便利的同时,也造成一定程度的能源消耗问题。在化工生产中主要应用精馏技术,可以有效提升化工生产的效率与质量,但由于精馏技术需要大量的能源完成生产,从而阻碍化工企业的长远发展。故此,化工企业在使用精馏技术进行化工生产时,需要对精馏技术的应用情况进行分析,通过不断减少精馏技术的能源消耗,使精馏技术能够为化工生产增加效益,促进化工企业实现稳定发展。本文就化工生产中降低精馏技术能耗的几点思考进行如下论述。 With the continuous development of social economy in China,the chemical industry is developing rapidly,which brings convenience to the life o f the public,but also causes a certain degree of energy consumption.Distillation technology is mainly used in chemical production,which can effectively improve the efficiency and quality o f chemical production.However,distillation technology needs a lot o f energy to complete the production,thus hindering the long-term development of chemical enterprises.Therefore,when chemical enterprises make the chemical production using distillation technology,they need to analyze the application of distillation technology.Through reducing the energy consumption o f the distillation technology continuously,the distillation technology can increase the efficiency ofchemical production,andpromote the stable developmentof chemical enterprises.In this paper,several considerations about reducing the energy consumption of distillation technology in chemical production are discussed as follows.
