摘要
北京和天津养老机构供给价格高,导致供给与需求的不匹配。从老年人空间偏好角度探讨在京津冀地区协调发展中京津老年人选择河北养老机构的可能性。根据京津冀264家养老院的收费项目数据及235位京津老年人的调查数据,借助价格回归分析模型和Arc GIS技术分析京津冀区县养老院标准价格的空间分布和北京老年人愿意到河北养老院的距离范围。结果表明:尽管京津冀区域协同发展取消了异地就医报销阻碍,但是老年人也只会选择距离北京不远的河北养老机构。京津老年人考虑是否选择河北的养老院入住主要受养老院价格和离家距离因素的影响,未来河北发展针对京津老年人的养老院的空间范围是有限的。
The nursing homes in Beijing and Tianjin are usually expensive for the elderly people in the two cities while the supply of affordable nursing homes mismatches with the demand.This study explores the possibility of the elderly in Beijing and Tianjin choosing the cheaper nursing homes in Hebei based on the spatial preferences of the elderly in the process of regional cooperation of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.With the charge data of 264 nursing homes in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei and the survey data of 235 elderly in Beijing and Tianjin,used the price regression analysis model and ArcGIS technology to analyze the spatial distribution of monthly standard price of the nursing homes in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei at county’s level and the spatial range of the nursing homes accepted by the elderly in Beijing.In conclusion,although the regional cooperation of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei has issued a new policy that people can reimburse the medical cost happened out of home province,the elderly will only choose the nursing homes which are not far from Beijing.The main influencing factors for elderly people in Beijing and Tianjin choosing nursing homes in Hebei are the charging price of nursing homes and the distance from home.So the building of the nursing homes for the elderly in Beijing and Tianjin may locate in the limited area of Hebei in the future.
