摘要
1987年9月20日,中国第一封电子邮件成功发出,揭开了中国人通过互联网与世界相连的序幕。人工智能的登场,更是为互联网医疗找到了新的出口。作为皮肤病诊断的重要手段之一的皮肤影像,已从起初的放大镜、显微镜辅助诊断,发展到如今的数字影像学技术和智能分析。国内各家医院的皮肤影像数据并非共享资源,于是形成了一个个"信息孤岛",这直接阻碍着人工智能所需要的"大数据"的形成。中国人群皮肤影像资源库的建立无疑是破冰之举。通过互联网使皮肤影像数据"流动"起来,通过人工智能使皮肤病诊疗"智慧"起来,在此基础上,让分级诊疗、区域协同等纷纷落地,不断提升医疗资源的使用效率,从而实现患者、医生、医疗机构等多方共赢。
On September 20,1987 ,the first e-mail in China was successfully issued ,opening the prelude of Chinese being eonneeted to the world through the Intemet. When tile Inter- net meets the medical, clinical, scientific researeh has a new scene, and the emergence of artificial intelligence find a new export for the Internet medicine. As an important measure of skin disease diagnosis,skin images came from the initial magnifying glass, microscopic diagnosis to the development of today's digital imaging technology and in- telligent analysis. All along,the skin images of domestic hospitals are not shared re- sources,thus forming a " single island of information", which directly hinder tire for marion of "big data" needed by artificial intelligence. The establishment of China's skin image database is undoubtedly the ice-breaking move. Through the Internet to make the skin image data " flow" up, through the artificial intelligence to make the skin disease diagnosis and treatment "wisdom" , on this basis, grading clinic, regional collaboration have landed, and continuously improve the efficiency of the use of medi- cal resources in order to achieve a win-win situation for the patients, doctors, medical institutions and other.
